One of many trials at Charlottesville's General District Court revolving around the Unite the Right rally that took place on August 12th, 2017. Judge Downer found the three ralliers guilty of failure to disperse, and ordered them to pay fines. Their lawyer, pictured, is appealing to the Circuit Court.
